I am Christina Donahue. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC/MHSP). I enjoy helping adolescents and adults navigate through this thing we call life.

I utilize CBT, DBT, and am certified in EMDR. I have a background in domestic violence., anxiety, and depression. I like to cultivate a safe space for individuals to "do their work" on the path to healing.
